• If you become a client, financial and business information you share with us so we can provide bookkeeping services. Client information is also covered by your engagement agreement.
• Basic technical information collected automatically by our website host, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

• To schedule and hold calls, respond to questions, and provide our services.
• To send you information you request about our services.
• To keep our website secure and improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our scheduling provider (Calendly), email provider (Google Workspace), website host (Cloudflare), and accounting software (QuickBooks Online, for clients). We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. We never ask for your bank passwords; clients connect their own bank feeds within QuickBooks.
