I’ve been where you are.
I built a mowing and landscaping business from the ground up, then sold it when I started studying finance at Iowa State University. I know what it’s like to quote jobs from the truck, reshuffle the week after a rain day, and hit February wondering where the summer money went.
Now I help lawn care and home service owners get clean books and understand their numbers, so they know what they’re actually making, price their work right, and build a business that’s worth something if they ever decide to sell.

Do you do taxes?
I don’t prepare tax returns. I keep your books clean and organized all year so your tax preparer has everything they need — which usually makes tax season faster and cheaper.
What software do you use?
QuickBooks Online. If you’re already on it, you just invite me as your accountant. If not, I’ll help you get set up.
My books are a mess. Is that a problem?
Not at all — that’s what the Cleanup is for. We’ll get you caught up first, then keep you on track every month.
Do I need to be in Iowa?
No. I’m based in Urbandale, Iowa, but everything is done online, so I can work with businesses anywhere in the US.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly service, and you can cancel anytime with notice.
Is my financial information safe?
Yes. You connect your own bank feeds inside QuickBooks — I never ask for your bank passwords.
